How do BPI Accreditation Standards and Obligations fit this principle?
  • BPI agrees to provide a rigorous, third-party Quality Assurance Program for its accredited companies. The program provides companies with feedback on their conformance to BPI Standards in the work they are conducting and identifies areas where the companies can improve their delivery of services. The BPI Quality Assurance Program ensures that there are no conflicts of interest between the person performing the measurement and field verification quality assurance work and the contractor.
  • For BPI Accredited Organizations, BPI performs periodic, but no less than annual, Quality Assurance Office visits for reviewing of each accredited organization's performance and documentation/records.
