- Submit an Accreditation Application and supporting information to BPI
- Agree to periodic Quality Assurance Program field verification reviews of its performance,
paid for by the organization to BPI
- Enter into an Accreditation Agreement that defines the duties and responsibilities of
each party
- Conform to the required practices, in addition to complying with any local, state or
federal regulations required
